Children and Young People Survey for 8 Years and Above

0% answered

Welcome

Welcome to today’s activity

The Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry has designed this short survey to better understand what the pandemic was like for younger people, who were in Scotland between January 2020 and December 2022.

The survey is anonymous, meaning no-one will know that it was you who wrote your answers.

All the questions are optional. You can skip any questions that you don’t want to answer or are not relevant to you and your experience.

We have 10 questions for you to answer, that ask about things such as your memories of lockdown, online learning, and how this all made you feel.

If you would prefer to upload an audio or BSL video recording of your response questions, there is an option to do that.

Support if you feel sad or upset

Thinking about what happened during COVID might be difficult and might make you feel sad or upset. If that happens, please try talking to a trusted adult if you can.

If you cannot do this you could call Childline. Childline is a free, confidential, 24-hour helpline for children and young people up to the age of 19.

Childline can be contacted about any concern – online at www.childline.org.uk or by calling 0800 1111.
