Group discussions

Taking part as a group

Let’s Be Heard invites groups of people to share their experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Let’s Be Heard Engagement Guide

If you would like to organise or support a group to tell us about their experiences of the pandemic in Scotland, we have an Engagement Guide to help you.

The Guide may also be useful if you are helping another individual to share their experiences.

The Guide is available in the “documents” section of this page, in English, large print, Urdu, Punjabi, Polish, Simplified Chinese and Gaelic.

If you need any of our materials in other languages or formats please contact us.

Who can use the Engagement Guide?

Anyone can form a group and use the guide, including:

  • people with a shared experience;
  • those with a shared interest or profession;
  • family groups; and
  • people who are brought together by a charity or civil society group.

The guide can be used to facilitate discussions during existing activities, standalone sessions or one-on-one conversations with individuals.
